7.6/10

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-designed, but I missed having a toilet in mine. The service was top-notch with lovely and friendly staff members eager to make my experience enjoyable. The location, though on a busy road on the outskirts of Inverness, was convenient for modern shopping centers. The dining experience was average with some hits and misses. Overall, a decent value for money.

7.4/10

The hotel is conveniently located just on the outskirts of Inverness, close to the mall and with friendly staff members. While the rooms offer a comfy bed and pillows, the dining experience could be improved with better coffee and more variety. The price is reasonable considering the included facilities, but the limited space in the bar might be a downside for some.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a room with windows that did not close properly, but all facilities were in good working order. The bed and pillows were really comfy, and they even provided an extra electrical heater if needed.
Service

Location
7.0
The hotel is out of the center but in a convenient location, close to the mall and just on the outskirts of Inverness. While the area around the reception had limited seating, the proximity to the town center is a plus.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience included in the rate was reasonable, but the coffee was tasteless and only tea was offered. I enjoyed the sausages, but more variety in the menu would have been great.

The hotel offers pet amenities and has a couple of tables in the surrounding area. However, the space in the bar is limited, which may affect the overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located just on the outskirts of Inverness, making it easy to access the town centre with good transport links. The rooms are tastefully styled with unique touches, although some windows didn't close properly. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff members who were eager to provide top-notch service. Dining offered freshly prepared dishes, including a delicious vegetarian option, at a very reasonable rate. While the busy road outside was a downside, the proximity to the shops and a big supermarket added convenience to the location.

I loved the hotel's cozy rooms with stylish decor, but the small oil filled heater was not the best choice. The breakfast served was delicious, but the price was a bit on the higher side. The staff members were amazing and truly cared about providing excellent service. The location, just on the outskirts of Inverness, was a bit out of the way but still convenient for those who enjoy a quiet stay.
